Robert Payne – Administrator

Robert graduated from Kaplan University with a Bachelors in Criminal justice and went on to get a degree from Purdue Global University with a Masters in Public Administration. He graduated with honors and is currently a member of the Society for Collegiate Leadership and Achievement. Robert has been working in Mental health and substance abuse for the past 8 years.

Sandy Stefanik – Operations Manager

Sandy received her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Management and Law. Prior to coming to Vita she worked for a large investment company in a business management capacity, and then worked in law enforcement. She joined vita in 2017.

Jeanine Hill – Program Coordinator

Jeanine has 25 + years experience working with those with physical and mental illness. While living in Minnesota, she worked at several home and community based organizations as well as serving as Assistant Director for two homeless outreach centers. After moving to Des Moines in 2016, she began working at Vita. Starting out a direct support staff and being promoted to Program Coordinator in 2018.

At Vita Health Services, we believe that the person should remain the center of the entire service planning and delivery process, and that process should incorporate his/her future plans. The plan should be designed with the individual’s specific desires and support requirements as the priority.
